Select the team you're paying for from the dropdown
Click the Manage plan button in the billing information section
Select "Update plan"
Select your new plan and hit "Continue"
Confirm your selection
Downgrading to a different plan will affect some of your access to paid features, such as custom AI Assistant prompts and how far back your AI-assisted search covers. To learn more about

Click "Cancel plan" and then confirm your cancellation
Downgrading to the free plan removes your access to all paid features, such as the ability to search your full email history or use AI-assisted search. To learn more about

After downgrading, you and other team members can still access your previous plan's paid
features until the billing period ends.
